The Circles objective is to facilitate gatherings among survivors and offering health, wellness and reproductive assistance.

The Survivors Circle for Reproductive Justice ("Survivors Circle") is actively recruiting survivor support workers to assist and understand the needs of Survivors and support in registering and accessing services and participating in initiatives in a manner which is respectful, compassionate, trauma-informed and culturally congruent with the vision, mission and goals of the Survivors Circle.
The Survivor Support Worker will report directly to the Executive Director. The candidate will work with survivors of reproductive and obstetric violence and their families in northern Canada to provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed health and wellness support that are sensitive and confidential to individual needs. The candidate will work to customize support to be culturally congruent and compassionate and align with what makes the survivor feel most comfortable.

Le Cercle des survivants pour la justice reproductive (« Cercle des survivants ») est activement à la recherche d’intervenant(e)s en soutien aux survivants afin de mieux cerner leurs besoins et de les soutenir dans leur inscription, leur accès aux services et leur participation aux initiatives, dans une approche respectueuse, empreinte de compassion, tenant compte des traumatismes et culturellement adaptée à la vision, à la mission et aux objectifs du Cercle des survivants.
La personne retenue relèvera directement de la direction générale. Elle travaillera auprès des personnes victimes de violence reproductive et obstétricale et de leurs familles afin d’offrir un soutien en matière de santé et de mieux-être culturellement adapté et tenant compte des traumatismes subis, le tout dans le respect de la confidentialité et de la sensibilité aux besoins individuels. Elle veillera à personnaliser l’accompagnement afin qu’il soit culturellement pertinent et empreint de compassion, et qu’il corresponde aux attentes de chaque survivant.

The Survivors Circle for Reproductive Justice is seeking a detail-oriented Healing Support Fund Coordinator to support the administration of our Healing Support Fund.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for the coordination of the Healing Support Fund including the processing of Healing Support Fund applications, ensuring compliance with privacy and financial policies and Canada Revenue Agency requirements. The position plays a critical role in maintaining privacy and confidentiality and supporting financial accountability, while working collaboratively across Finance, Registry and support worker teams.

The Survivors Circle for Reproductive Justice ("Survivors Circle") seeks a Financial Officer with strong interpersonal skills. The Finance Officer will manage the Survivors Circle financial operations while building financial sustainability.
The Finance Officer will report directly to the Executive Director. The candidate will support the Survivors Circle mission, vision, and goals by effectively managing all the organization's financial tasks.
The candidate will work with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to actively commit to communicating all financial accounting systems, reports, and records in visuals and plain language from the lens of culturally safe and trauma-informed engagement with stakeholders.
